Refund Policy

1. Overview
At InvestGate, we strive to deliver exceptional value through our subscription plans. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the terms set forth below.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting support@investgate.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that date.
No partial-month refunds are issued for unused time after cancellation, unless you qualify under the Money-Back Guarantee in Section 3.
3. Money-Back Guarantee
InvestGate offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all first-time paid subscriptions (Pro, Investor, and Agency plans). If you are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
- The guarantee applies to the first payment of a new subscription only.
- Renewal payments are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted outside the 14-day window at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Service unavailability — a material, prolonged outage prevented reasonable use of the Platform;
- Billing error — duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized transactions;
- Material breach by InvestGate — a failure to provide the core features described in your plan.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind after the 14-day guarantee period;
- Failure to use the Services during a billing period;
- Downgrading from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan;
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension;
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions clearly marked as non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@investgate.app with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- Your registered email address;
- Transaction ID or invoice number;
- Reason for the refund request;
- Any relevant documentation (e.g., screenshots of a billing error).
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We strongly encourage reaching out to our support team first so we can resolve issues quickly and avoid unnecessary disputes.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of paid Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
