Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to InvestGate (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InvestGate website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

InvestGate is a global real estate investment platform that enables users to discover, list, analyze, and compare investment properties. We are not a real estate broker, investment advisor, or financial institution.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Business entities must be duly organized and authorized to act.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscription Plans

InvestGate offers subscription tiers: Free, Pro, Investor, and Agency. Each plan provides a specific set of features and usage limits as described on our Pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled by you.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • We may modify pricing with 30 days’ advance notice.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

5. Listings & Content

Users may publish property listings subject to their plan limits. You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant InvestGate a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services.

You represent that:

  • You own or have all necessary rights to the content you submit;
  • Listings are accurate, truthful, and not misleading;
  • You will not post fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal content;
  • You will comply with all applicable real estate advertising laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services;
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data without our written consent;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by InvestGate — including software, design, trademarks, logos, and text — is the property of InvestGate or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The InvestGate name and logo may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

InvestGate does not verify the accuracy of property listings, pricing, or investment claims. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making any investment decision.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVESTGATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InvestGate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
